The Master Athlete
Current exercise recommendations are often based on observational studies or short-term interventions, which may not reflect the optimal training protocols for high-performance individuals. Our work aims to fill this gap by developing precise training load optimization strategies tailored for highly active older adults.
Injury Prevention
By studying physiological data from active individuals, we develop strategies to maintain high physical function and performance in later life, as well as identify potential injury risk markers associated with sustained physical activity. Our goal is to prevent sport-related injuries to promote long-term physical acivity participation.
Movement Diagnostic
Artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning are revolutionizing at-home data capture and analytics. By utilizing AI-based motion capture algorithms, we provide precise assessments of joint angles, mobility, and stability. Using digital biomarkers combined with a targeted exercise program, we aim to improve joint and muscle function and overall mobility.
